As the crescent moon heralds the arrival of Ramadan 2025, Sadaka.ng launches a vital campaign to provide nourishing Iftar meals to the most vulnerable members of our community in Ilorin, Kwara State, and beyond. This initiative is more than just distributing food; it’s a profound act of compassion, a manifestation of our shared humanity, and a direct response to the call of our faith. We aim to create a ripple effect of kindness, ensuring that every fasting soul has the opportunity to break their fast with dignity and sustenance. In the heart of Ilorin, and across Nigeria, countless families face the harsh reality of food insecurity, especially during the blessed month of Ramadan. For many, the daily struggle to provide Iftar meals is a daunting challenge. This reality compels us to act. Ramadan is a time of increased spiritual reflection and giving, a time when our hearts should be filled with compassion and our hands extended in support. By providing essential nourishment, we not only alleviate hunger but also restore hope and dignity. This campaign is a tangible expression of our commitment to our community, a testament to our belief that no one should face the pangs of hunger during this holy month. We are called to embody the spirit of Ramadan by sharing our blessings with those who need them most.
Our overarching goal is to provide thousands of Iftar meals to those in need during Ramadan 2025, thereby alleviating hunger, fostering community unity, and amplifying the spirit of giving. Beyond the immediate provision of food, we aim to:
- Restore Hope and Dignity: To empower individuals and families by providing them with the basic necessities during Ramadan.
- Strengthen Community Bonds: To foster a sense of solidarity and compassion within our community.

Our Ramadan 2025 Feeding Project is meticulously planned to ensure maximum impact and efficiency. We will:
- Source and Prepare Nutritious Meals: We will collaborate with local vendors and volunteers to prepare wholesome, culturally appropriate Iftar meals.
- Establish Distribution Networks: We will create strategic distribution points in high-need areas, ensuring that meals reach the most vulnerable populations.
